Do you love the aroma of freshly baked bread or cinnamon rolls warming in the oven? If so, this is the class for you. Learn the fundamentals of working with flour and yeast, and discover just how versatile whole-wheat dough can be. Beginners welcome!
On the Menu: From-Scratch Cinnamon Rolls; Basic Whole-Wheat Loaf; Fougasse (Provençal Olive-and-Herb Focaccia) with Flax and Miller’s Bran.
